Accomodation Exterior
Casa Rosamaria Rosamaria is a recently restored, typical Marchesian farmhouse, believed to be just over 100 years old. Generations of the farm owners family would have lived in the house until it fell into disrepair in the 1960s, before being lovingly restored.
The property is now a 'listed' building and had to be resurrected with this in mind. No archways on the exterior of the house were allowed by the local government as this was not regarded as being correct for the time, area and nature of the place.
The restoration has taken approximately four years including time taken to gain permissions, with the house maintaining the same footprint as the original.
A private pool was added with a sand coloured base so as to retain the rural tranquillity. The pool boasts fabulous views of the valley below and the Sibilini mountain range. This is located away from the immediate house for family safety, though it is not at present gated.
There is also a table tennis table (full size) located in a shaded building next to the main house.
You will also find a variety of outdoor seating and tables situated around the house and terrace spaces located in various places, to catch the Italian sunshine.
