Accomodation Interior
Casa Rosamaria sleeps eight people in four double bedrooms with three bathrooms:
Ground Floor
| Lounge: | Comfortable with seating for eight people and beautiful large log burning fireplace. There are DVD, video and music facilities and this room also has doors to the separate outside terrace. There is also a selection of videos and DVDs for guest use. |
| Kitchen: | The contemporary kitchen-diner is set in an open plan style with island unit, breakfast bar and small dining table. It is well-equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, hob and dishwasher. Plenty of crockery/cutlery is provided etc. |
| Dining Room: | The separate dining room contains a large dining table for family meals with large glazed doors to the exterior so that you can also dine outside. |

| Utility Room: | The utility room/shower room on the ground floor contains a shower and lavatory and has a large sink for washing as well as a washing machine with tumble dryer. There is an external door for easy access to the garden. |
First Floor
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with kingsize bed, ample storage and en-suite. Bedroom 2 with kingsize bed. Bedroom 3 with two single beds. Bedroom 4 with two single beds - these can be fitted together to form a kingsize bed. All bedrooms offer clothes storage space and comfortable beds. Excellent views from all bedrooms |
| Bathrooms: | 1 En suite shower/toilet/washbasin to bedroom 1. 1 Family bathroom with separate bath and shower area. 1 Shower room with toilet on the ground floor. All bathrooms are newly fitted. |

| External Access: | There is a traditional exterior staircase which can be used to access the pool and outdoor area directly. |
Other Information
| Other | In total there are six exterior doors on the ground floor, giving the house a light and airy ambiance. This allows you to relax in the cool or bask in the Italian sunshine. |
| Cleaning, linen, maid service: |
The house is cleaned before each stay with fresh linen and towels provided, including pool towels. The pool is also regularly cleaned and managed. |
